MB-lab struggles
3DCGの人物作成ツールにはそのツール独特の雰囲気というか個性のようなものがあって、キャラを見ただけでなんとなくわかってしまいます。
原因の一つはテクスチャー、改善するには自分でテクスチャーを描き直すのが効果的ではないかと思うんです。自分はmakehumanとMH-labを使っているのですが、makehumanの方は努力の甲斐もあって大分いい結果が出てきたと思うのですが、MB-labの方はテクスチャーだけでは結構厳しいかもしれません。特に顔のモーフが限られているのが原因ではないかと思うのですがよくわかりません。
この二三日集中してMB-labと悪戦苦闘してMB-lab独特の癖を解消する努力をしてみました。メイクや髪型、表情など変えてみましたが未だに納得出来る感触が得られません。
今のところこんな感じになっています。

I tried to resolve MB-lab's peculiarities by struggling with MB-lab for a couple of days. I tried changing the makeup, hairstyle, facial expression, etc., but I still can't get a feel that I can understand.
It looks like this for now.
特にリアル系のアニメタイプが難しいです。何故か顔がいつも同じような顔になってしまいます。

髪もメッシュヘアをproxyで使うのは諦め、カーブヘアを主に使うことにしました。
As for the hair, I gave up using mesh hair for proxy and decided to use curve hair mainly.
